2. Brief outlook 2013 & Amanita performance
Today's main problem for everyone owning or managing money is a lack of promising asset classes like never before in history. The gold bugs don't like to hear that but without doubt the precious metals are an ugly investment *today*... I make this statement with - or in spite of? - my background of being perhaps the only forecaster who called the beginning of the gold market. In 2000 a multi-year bull market was projected to begin either in early April or May 2001 - as a matter of fact, it started on April 2, 2001.

However, this honeymoon will be turned upside down in the decade 2013-23, which will be the most difficult time for investors of the past 5,000 years. Making right decisions will be extremely difficult & yet wrong decisions could have devastating implications, with the risk of a total loss.

A lot is questionable when it comes to the next years but I am sure that market timing will be more important than ever before from 2013 on. In the past years market timing was neither really necessary nor very profitable versus buy-and-hold, as market timing is only recommended in markets with annual gains of 10-20% at most. Therefore you did well with bush-league market timing (or no timing at all), but from 2013 you will need top-notch market timing! Example of the Amanita market timing: in the past 2 years the strategic precious metals holdings were hedged only twice, precisely on the day of key highs: 8/23/11 (bull market high), 2/29/12 (high of the year).

3. Comet Ison: the blue star Kachina of the Hopi Prophecy?
In the past 2 months many events have materialized that I have been expecting for many years as a sign that the hot phase of Armageddon will soon start. One of these extra-ordinary indications is the newly discovered comet Ison (C/2012 S1), which according to astronomical calculations will be visible with binoculars from August 2013 (!) on, quickly developing into one of the brightest comets in history next fall. This could be the blue star Kachina of the Hopi prophecy, with all other comets of the past 10 years clearly not matching the criteria. 4. Death of David Hawkins
David Hawkins, my main spiritual teacher for more than 10 years, gave up his body on 9/19/12 at the age of 85 years. I want to express my deepest gratitude for his invaluable contribution for the evolution of mankind. His last blessings:
